BL400V-TT Automatic labeller for self adhesive vignette and track & trace
The Marchesini Neri BL400V-TT is an automatic continuous motion labeller, suitable to apply at high production speeds ONE self-adhesive VIGNETTE on the upper carton face. Conveyance system by toothed belt; unit operating in line with other machines.
Machine suitable for the installation of:
- ink jet or laser printing system on the upper face and/or on both sides of cartons for printing of readable data as well as corresponding 2D code (Datamatrix);
- relevant camera controls.
Standard Equipment
- Basic machine with first couple of twin horizontal flat conveyor belts at the infeed, allowing carton accumulation.
- Minimum load control at the infeed with automatic restart.
- Timing and distancing device, (patented) transferring the cartons onto the main toothed conveyor belt.
- Second couple of twin horizontal toothed conveyor belts with adjustable width to handle different sizes of carton.
- Positive conveyance system by means of a cleated belt that keep cartons in pitch.
- Continuous mode speed adjustment.
- Automatic working speed synchronisations of motors.
- Control of pulling motion, of label carrier web.
- End of reel control with machine stop.
- Missing label control on reel.
- Vertical and horizontal adjustment of the vignette position.
- Vignette smoothing system with brushes or rubber rollers.
- Vignette carrier web rewinding unit.
- Regulation of overprint position of vignette.
- Maximum load control at the outfeed with automatic machine restart.
- Dispensed labels counter.
- Carton rejection in bin by the operator side.
- Rejection bin in position control with alarm.
Machine complete with:
- Power at 400 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hertz, Ground & Neutral wiring.
- Electric cabinet on board.
- SIEMENS PLC.
- Operator terminal SIEMENS Touch Screen with video colour.
- Safety Guards in aluminium and methacrylate with Schmersal type safey switches.
- Machine stop in case a door opens.
- Compressed air pressure-switch with machine stop at low level detection.
- Outfeed carton counter.
- Rejected carton counter.
- Work hour counter.
- Machine complying with current safety standards, delivered with CE Mark.
Changeover is made without additional size parts as only some adjustments are sufficient.
