PS 300 Semi-automatic case-packer
The Marchesini PS300 is a semi-Automatic machine suitable to receive single or bundled products on infeed conveyor, collate and introduce them into a manually formed case placed in front of the loading hopper, discharge the case.
Main Features
- The basic machine consists of st.st frame and covers, Anticorodal parts and it is delivered with the Πmark.
- Machine safety guards complete with:
- 1 Optical Safety Barrier placed at the in-feed of the manual case loading zone.
- 1 Optical Safety Barrier placed in the product elevation and collation zone.
- 1 Optical Safety Barrier placed horizontally in the case loading area to prevent the operator stopping.
- Carton infeed conveyor 1650m (64,96”) long with speed adjustment.
- Pneumatic commands of working groups (without compressor).
- Station for Cartons collation in the hopper
- Stainless steel size parts in AISI 304 S.
- In-feed guides for cartons on the elevation section, adjustable by handwheel.
- Fix product collation hopper in stainless steel AISI 304S.
- Loading platform for the manually formed case and automatic turning.
- Motorized cartons pusher.
- Idle roller conveyor at the exit.
Functional Features
- The semi-automatic Case-packer PS-300 accepts preformed cases and manually fed in front of the product hopper.
- Cartons presented in in-feed at a height of 850-950mm (33.5” – 37.4”) are conveyed by a conveyor to the collation unit.
- Through the loading platform, the collation hopper is supported during product insertion.
- Case positioning phase on the hopper is authorized by the machine.
- After the product transfer into the case, the platform moves back and the idle roller belt discharges the full case without a tape closure.

- Machine complete in all parts equipped to handle one size product in in-feed, one collating pattern and one case size.
